If your enquiry is urgent, please call 01892 546000 or 01892 487174. Whilst we check our emails regularly, if you wish to make an appointment or are concerned about your pet's health, it is best to call our reception team rather than emailing.

Our Pembury clinic is open Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm. Our Southborough clinic is open Monday-Friday 8am-7pm and Saturdays 9am-12.30pm. We are closed on Sundays and bank holidays.

When the clinics are closed, out-of-hours emergency care is provided by Vets Now Tunbridge Wells at 11 Culverden Park Road, Tunbridge Wells, TN4 9RD who can be contacted directly by calling 01892 457918.

We would just like to say thank you ever so much for caring for our Pepe over the last seventeen years and ensuring her last few moments were peaceful for both her and us.

We wanted to thank you all for your help, advice and kindness that you have shown Abby and ourselves over these past, nearly 15, years...thank you again for always being there for her and us.

We would just like to mention how pleased we are that we were recommended Dacre House for our GSD who can get aggressive with strangers. After being told by our previous Vet not to bring our GSD in unless its an emergency. It was a breath of fresh air to meet Jane. She is calm and confident...and just gets on with the job in hand...
